Products
Rest assured that the products which you will be receiving are strictly new and unused.Products will only be released after payment is received.

Colour Discrepancy
Please note that the colours of products shown may differ slightly from the actual product.The colours used in this site,any photographs or illustrations, may differ for each individual. Splurge will try to provide as accurate a description and picture for each of our products.

Prices
All our prices are stated in Singapore dollar and are nett.No discounts will be given unless otherwise stated.

Payment Method
Fund Transfer(POSB or UOB) - The designated account number will only be provided in the confirmation email. Kindly reply our email to inform us when your transfer is made.

Delivery Method (No international shipping)

*VenusQueen will post out items within 2 workings days upon receiving payment.

1) Postage mail delivery in Singapore at $1 (unless otherwise stated) for up to 2 items. Please note that Delivery charges (if any) will be calculated & included only in the confirmation email if you purchase 3 or more items.

2) Registered mail delivery (recommended) in Singapore at a flat fee of $3 per confirmation of order.

3) Self-Collection at convenient locations (Tanjong Pagar & CommonwealthMRT stations) Only for purchases of 4 items and above only. Kindly contact us for arrangements.

Confirmation of Orders
Upon receiving your order, we will verify the availability of the items ordered and reply you with the payment amount. We will also inform you should the item, which you have offered to buy, be sold out or temporary out of stock. After payment is received (kindly inform us that you have made payment to help us increase the process speed and serve you better), we will send out an email to you to inform you on the received payment. We will also inform you when your purchase is sent out.

*Please note that best efforts are made to estimate the accuracy of inventory in our online store. *However, due to the popularity of these products, many items are selling out very quickly and there *may be times when the website haven't caught up with recent orders.*Please note that Delivery charges (if any) will be calculated and included in this confirmation email. *Thus total cost will vary accordingly.

Cancellation of Orders
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and payment is submitted by the customer.

For postage delivery, payment is to be made within 7 days from the day of order. After 7 days, if there are no further arrangements made, the order will be void.

Exchange and Refund
All our goods sold are not exchangeable* or refundable.

At Venus Queen, we take pride in providing the best service as well as products for all our customers. All goods will be personally inspected and wrapped carefully before delivery.

Should there be any other unsatisfied reasons, do contact us via email.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages or loss of the mailed items after they have been sent out.

*Exchange is only applicable if your order was sent wrongly. Do contact us within 24hrs upon delivery, *and we will bear all delivery costs.
